Nine achievers of Zamboanga del Norte is awarded in different honored by Governor Rolando Yebes, as a part of ZANORTE 2005 Festival in recognation for their participation in the province. The awardess was strictly screened by the board of jurors in the leadership of ni Dr. Vicente Dalman, based on the nomination that the board received from the different sector in different categories.
For the Local Governance is awareded award to Mayor Cesar Soriano in the municipality of Siocon, Peace and Order si Police Senior Superintendent Jufel Adriatico, Agriculture (investment) goes to Mr. Rosendo Labadlabad, Environment si Atty. Oscar Tomarong sa NBI Dipolog and Education Madam Felicisima Magcanta of Sergio Osmena National High School.
